19 September 2018: The CMA accepted final undertakings offered by the Global Cement and Concrete Association (GCCA).

15 September 2017: On 8 September the CMA accepted final undertakings offered by the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD).

13 December 2017: The CMA accepted final undertakings offered by CEMBUREAU.

13 April 2016: These remedies resulted from the CMA’s Aggregates, cement and ready-mix concrete market investigation. The order was made under the market investigations provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002. It introduces measures to stop GB cement suppliers from sending generic price announcement letters to their customers. The CMA also accepted final undertakings offered by the Mineral Products Association (MPA).
