Today (30 November 2021), the Office of Tax Simplification (OTS) has published a letter it has received from the Financial Secretary to the Treasury on behalf of the Chancellor regarding the Treasury’s first five-year review of the OTS and in response to its reports on Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax.
