Details

Use this Excel spreadsheet to claim the grant for chargepoints that you have installed under the chargepoint grant for households with on-street parking.

You can claim for an installation once you have installed the chargepoint and the cross-pavement solution is in place.

To make a claim you need to email the completed spreadsheet to [email protected].

You will also need to attach:

  • photographs of the chargepoint and the cross-pavement charging solution
  • the invoice for installation of the chargepoint which should show the deduction for the grant

Photographs must be clear so we can verify the make, model and serial number and location of the chargepoint.

You can use the spreadsheet to claim for more than one installation.

Installer terms and conditions letter

As part of the process your client should send you a copy of an installer terms and conditions letter.

This page contains an example of one of these letters.

The grant claim form asks you to confirm compliance with the requirements contained in the letter as part of your grant claim.
