Details

Charity Commission’s annual public survey explores issues that resonate with the public in terms of their trust and support of charities. To build on this, we procured additional external research to consider:

  • how information about charities is provided
  • how people seek and engage with it
  • how that is used in practice
  • what impact it has on trust

These themes run through the Charity Commission’s strategic and statutory objectives and this report helps build our understanding of public expectations. We will consider the findings as part of our ongoing work in line with these objectives.
