This factsheet can help the user to tailor an applicable and effective response to environments affected by CBRN or HazMat incidents.

It may also help to recover environments historically affected by chemical or radionuclide contamination.

Recovery is defined as the process of rebuilding, restoring and rehabilitating the community following an emergency.
