Details
Use this form to state the complete income and assets of you and your partner in the United Kingdom and abroad. You must fill in all sections so the Legal Aid Agency can work out how much you will have to pay towards your costs.
If you leave out any information or state anything untrue then:
- the Legal Aid Agency may take away your legal aid and you will have to pay all your legal fees
- you may be prosecuted
