Details

The Civil Contingencies Act 2004 (CCA) sets out a framework for emergency preparedness in the UK.

This is a post-implementation review of the CCA. It reviews whether the regulation has met the intended objectives of the legislation. The government has a legal obligation to review the CCA every 5 years.
