Healthcare professionals can use this resource to estimate the number of people with CKD aged 16 and over in their area. This can help with planning and commissioning local services.

The estimates are for local authority levels, clinical commissioning groups (CCGs), regional areas and the whole of England. They are based on a model developed by the University of Southampton using data from the Health Survey for England and the 2011 Census.
