The Office for the Internal Market and the Microeconomics Unit, both part of the CMA, have published their response to the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency’s consultation on proposals to delay, scale back or suspend some of its outputs.

The response highlights how the CMA uses NISRA’s outputs and emphasises the importance of the underlying data collection continuing. NISRA is one of the organisations with which the OIM has worked as part of our Data Strategy, a programme of work aiming to catalyse an improvement in the evidence base on the operation of the UK internal market.

For queries relating to the CMA’s response, please contact the Office for the Internal Market by email at [email protected].
