Details

On 13 January 2021, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for lengths CMM1 to CMM3, CMM5 to CMM7, CMM9 and CMM10. Their decision is outlined in the notice.

On 23 November 2023, the Secretary of State approved the proposals for lengths CMM4, CMM8 and VR11. Their decision is outlined in the notice.

The Secretary of State has also made available a copy of the report given to them by the Appointed Person, relating to objections made about this stretch of coast.
