Details

This Defence and Security Accelerator (DASA) Phase 2 competition seeks proposals to understand the benefits that innovative technologies can bring to military front-line capabilities, in applications across the contested/congested electromagnetic space.

The products developed through this call need to enable defence and security to effectively conduct electromagnetic operations across the air, land (urban and rural), sea, space and cyber domains.

Up to £1 million of funding is available for Phase 2. You do not need to have been a Phase 1 applicant to apply. Further funding may be available for future phases.

DASA has updated the financial limits for this competition to raise the limit for collaborative proposals to £650k. Proposals for over £330k must be by multiple companies working in collaboration. Please see the Competition Document for further details.

  1. DASA would like to offer an additional option when submitting to the Invisible Battlespace Phase 2 competition. As it currently stands £330,000 is the fixed upper limit for proposals which will remain the same. However, if companies are planning on collaborating and funding a joint venture then we would like to offer an upper limit of £650,000. The only constraint this brings is you cannot submit over £330,000 if you are not collaborating. We would need to see clear evidence in the proposal of the benefit the collaboration brings, and a detailed breakdown of the finances across the two, or more, companies.
