Details

This strategy outlines the approach for the final phase of Universal Credit. This involves moving those claiming legacy benefits to Universal Credit by 2024.

On 10 January 2023, we published ‘Completing the move to Universal Credit: Learning from the Discovery Phase’. This sets out learnings from the initial managed migration Discovery work, for moving remaining benefit and tax credit claimants to Universal Credit.
