This document contains the following information: Convention between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the government of the French Republic, the government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the government of the Italian Republic on the establishment of the Organisation for Joint Armament Cooperation (Organisation Conjointe de Cooperation en Matiere d’Armement) OCCAR: Farnborough, 9 September 1998.

The UK instrument of ratification was deposited on 11 May 2000 and the Convention entered into froce for the UK on 28 January 2001. The Convention was previously published as Miscellaneous no. 24 (1999) Cm 4367.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
