This notice sets out how we will use your data, and your rights.
Defra (including its agencies and public bodies) is under a duty to protect the public funds it administers. We may use the information provided by our customers and suppliers for the prevention and detection of fraud. Defra may also share this information with other bodies responsible for auditing or administering public funds for these purposes.
It is made under Article or 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
