Estate boundary approval is a free service that you can use before the estate layout has been designed. It compares the developer’s first site survey with the extent of the registered title so any differences between the registered title boundaries and the physical estate boundaries can be identified early on.

Section 2 has been amended as a result of a new form we have created to enable customers to lodge estate boundary/estate plans and draft transfers and leases through GOV.UK and through the new Specialist Support Service area in the HM Land Registry portal.
