This draft revised Code of Practice was approved by Parliament. The approved Code is available.

This amended draft code provides guidance on the use of the investigation powers under the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) 2002 by prosecutors (in England and Wales and Northern Ireland) and has been updated following amendment of POCA by the Criminal Finances Act 2017.
