Details
The code of practice is voluntary for approved driving instructors (ADIs) to follow. It sets out how ADIs should:
- behave in their personal conduct and business dealings
- advertise their services
- settle disputes with their pupils
Update your ADI registration to confirm you agree to follow the code.
If you’re learning to drive, you can complain about a driving instructor if you’re not happy with their service or behaviour.
