Details

The DWP Digital Strategy sets out how the Department will become digital by default, by developing high quality digital services which people prefer to use.

It also explains how we will support people who currently do not or cannot use digital services, and the changes the Department needs to make to function as a digital business.

The Government Digital Strategy, published in November 2012, committed government to 14 actions. DWP’s response sets out how the Department will fulfil these actions.
