Details

The first independent report to the government by Graham Allen MP considers how costly and damaging social problems for individuals can be eliminated or reduced. It examines how this could be done by giving children and parents the right type of evidence-based programmes, especially in the children’s earliest years.

A second report by Graham Allen MP sets out how we can pay for those programmes within existing resources and by attracting new funding outside government – Early intervention: smart investment, massive savings.
