Details

The Statement of Public Participation (SPP) was revised in July 2013 with Secretary of State approval. The SPP was originally published in April 2011 and a second version was published in May 2012.

The revisions are highlighted in the document in yellow.

More information on how the SPP was developed, and copies of the 2011 and 2012 versions of the reports, is available on The National Archives including:

  • survey responses from November 2010
  • workshops in Norwich, Peterborough and Hull
  • a 4-week consultation on the first draft SPP

The results of the survey, input at the workshops and the consultation have given us a better idea of how we can engage and consult with you throughout the marine planning process and these results fed into the SPP.
