Details
On 27 September 2017, Natural England submitted a report to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs setting out the proposals for improved access to the coast between East Head and Shoreham.
The opportunity to comment closed at midnight on Wednesday, 22 November 2017. You can no longer make a representation or objection on proposals.
All representations and objections were considered before the Secretary of State made a final decision about the report.

Outcome
On 18 March 2021 the Secretary of State approved the proposals for improved access to the coast between East Head and Shoreham.
On 18 October 2023 this stretch of the KCIIIECP opened to the public.
