Details

The design, construction and operational planning of HS2 is guided by the fundamental need to build an environmentally sustainable high-speed railway. The work today will play a vital role in moving Britain to a net zero carbon economy by 2050 and help combat climate change by providing cleaner, greener travel for millions of people.
