2. Purpose

This action note is to notify ESF Grant Recipients that we have reviewed the way we manage the notification of issues with the ECLAIMS service.

3. Action

From this point forward, should you experience any issue with ECLAIMS, please contact your Contract Manager in the first instance.

Please do not contact the ECLAIMS helpdesk (this is a change from the previous instruction).

Your Contract Manager will triage your issue and decide on the appropriate course of action. Should technical support be required, your Contract Manager will facilitate this.

ESF Grant Recipients should use the new process from the date of this Action Note.
