UK partnership agreement: equality impact assessment

Details

This draft partnership agreement sets out the UK’s proposed plans and priorities for the European Structural and Investment Funds from 2014 to 2020. EU regulation requires all EU member states to produce a partnership agreement before they can start spending their allocations of the funds.

This proposal was formally submitted to the European Commission (EC) on the 17 April 2014. The submission marked the beginning of a negotiation process between the UK government and the EC.

Update

The UK Partnership Agreement was adopted by the European Commission on 29 October 2014.
