This document contains the following information: Exchange of notes between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of the French Republic on chemical weapon destruction at Shchuch’ye: London, 5 April 2007 and 16 April 2007.

The Agreement entered into force on 16 April 2007. Shchuch’ye is a site in the Russian Federation.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
