   We have removed the section section headed 'Do you have any comments or suggestions' and replaced with HMRC contact links as the Climate Change Levy office is closed.

   This notice cancels and replaces Excise Notice CCL1/6 (April 2016).

4. 20 April 2016

   This notice cancels and replaces Excise Notice CCL1/6 (April 2015). Details of any changes to the previous version can be found in paragraph 1.4 of this notice.

5. 30 April 2015

   Sections 9, 10 and Annex B in this notice have been amended to reflect a new exclusion that has been introduced in the Carbon Price Floor. It applies to good quality electricity consumed on site by a Combined Heat and Power station.
