Details

The purpose of this document is to provide guidance to organisations within scope on how to implement the actions and processes contained in EU Regulation 994/2010 in the UK. Article 6 (5) of this regulation requires Transmission System Operators (within the meaning given by Directive 2009/73/EC) of gas interconnectors, to enable bi-directional flow over interconnectors between EU Member States unless they hold an exemption to this requirement.
