Report setting out the findings of the first Triennial Review of the Fuel Poverty Advisory Group for England (FPAG). It presents the findings of the Review, based on feedback from stakeholders and current members of the Group. The report concludes that FPAG perform an important function as an expert advisory group to hold government to account for tackling fuel poverty and should continue to carry out this role as an advisory NDPB. It also recommends ways in which FPAG could improve the way it operates, to enhance its ability to provide independent, expert advice to government on tackling fuel poverty.
