2. Over and Under 10m Condition added for the Incidental Bycatches of Bluefin Tuna
New condition added to all domestic licence schedules.
- Condition number 10 for Over 10m Licence Schedules Cat A (11), Cat A Island (12), Cat A Pelagic (17), Cat B (31) and Cat C (41)
- Condition number 7 for Under 10m Licence Schedules Cat A (91), Cat A PO (91) and Cat A Limited (94)
The following footnote added to the bluefin tuna prohibition on all domestic licence annexes
- “Subject to the bycatch provisions in Condition 10” (for Over 10m licenses)
- “Subject to the bycatch provisions in Condition 7” (for Under 10m licenses)
