RE: Freedom of Information request - Staff pay bands

Thank you for your freedom of information request of 19 March 2024, allocated reference RFI 089. 

Your request has been handled in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I confirm that the SSRO holds the information you have requested.

Please find in the table below the job titles, number of individuals with each job title and pay bands in relation to the roles we had as at 31 March 2023. In addition to those roles in the table below the SSRO has a Chief Executive role with a salary up to £150,000. The Annual Report and Accounts from 2022/23 noted an average of 34 on payroll roles and 3 off payroll. The off payroll roles in that 12 month period were converted to on payroll by year end so the 36 job titles and grades give you the full picture for the financial year.
