Details

Staff at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office in London and across its global network of embassies, high commissions and consulates took part in the Civil Service People Survey in October 2017.

The staff participation rate rose to 86%, an increase of 1.5% on the previous year. This represents the highest participation rate of any similarly-sized government organisation. The FCO’s engagement index of 70% was 9% higher than the Civil Service average for 2017.
