Details
Fee Account is a free, fast and secure way for regular users to pay application and other fees in the civil and family jurisdictions. It’s aimed at customers who pay more than 12 court fees a year.
You can:
- pay fees into courts by direct debit, rather than using a cheque for each transaction
- pay fees from your account up to a set weekly or credit limit
- get refunds paid directly back into your account
Where you can use Fee Account
Fee Account can be used for transactions with:
- the Civil National Business Centre
- all offices of the County Court and family court
- probate registries
- magistrates’ courts which deal with civil and family work
- the Court of Protection
- the Royal Courts of Justice
Fee Account cannot be used to pay Money Claim Online (MCOL) fees.
