Form Leasehold 3 is for tenants or landlords to apply to the tribunal in a dispute on the payment and amount of a service charge.
The tribunal can determine the:
- person by whom it is payable
- person to whom it is payable
- amount which is payable (this is limited to what is reasonable)
- date at or by which it is payable
