Apply for a charging order on land: Form N379
Ask the court to place a charge on someone's land or property (also known as a 'charging order') so they can't sell it without paying what they owe you after a court order.

If the debtor does not sell the property, you would need to apply to the court separately for an order to sell the land, using Form N1: Make a claim against a person or organisation.
