Authorise a non-legal representative for your tax tribunal case: Form T239
Use this form to say who you want to represent you in a First-tier Tax Tribunal. Your representative will deal with all correspondence and can go to a hearing with you to speak on your behalf.

You do not need to use this form if your representative is authorised under the Legal Services Act 2007 to conduct litigation or exercise a right of audience (they are a practising solicitor or barrister in England, Wales or Northern Ireland, or a practising solicitor or advocate in Scotland).
