Details

The Regulator of Social Housing was established as a standalone public body on 1 October 2018.

This document sets out how RSH, and its sponsor department, the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (as it was then called) will work together in accordance with the principles of the Partnerships with arm’s length bodies: code of good practice.

Please note that the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government was renamed as the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities in September 2021 and all references to MHCLG mean DLUHC.

*[DLUHC}: Department for Levelling up, Housing and Communities
