Details

This guidance is designed to help you and your organisation develop a service level agreement (SLA).

It is not in itself an SLA but a tool to help you ensure you have included all the minimum requirements that would be expected to be included in an SLA. The sections highlighted within the guidance are not exhaustive; there is no ‘one size fits all SLA’ and you may wish to include additional sections to agreements you already have in place or will in the future.

It has been prepared by the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC), The Public CCTV Managers Association (PCMA), the Biometrics & Surveillance Camera Commissioner (BSCC), the LGA and through consultation with other key organisations.
