FOI 22/1000

Dear

Thank you for your information request, dated 27th September 2022 where you requested the following:

I understand that the mhra is now throwing doctors under the bus.

In the memo it states Dr’s are provided with monthly safety data sheets for the covid vaccine

Please provide all covid safety data sheets that were sent to doctors from 01-01-20 through to the present date.

It was not clear from your request what exactly you were asking for, therefore, we sought clarification on 12th October 2022 and you responded with the following:

No just provide the safety efficacy data sheets that the mhra have on file since 2019.

And all correspondence between June Raine and the vaccine manufacturers. We will be taking legal action against June Raine for misconduct in a public office professional negligence and wilfull blindness.

Pfizer themselves admitted there were no test done on reducing transmission, so get jabbed to protect others was a lie.

Please provide full details of the testing for transmission reduction that were carried out by the MHRA and their results.

This will go down as the biggest medical scandal ever and the biggest crime ever committed, June Raine will face trial soon enough

The original request remained unclear following your response, however, we have also considered your additional requests within your response.

The Freedom of Information Act places a general duty on public authorities to provide access to official information. However, the Act also provides an exemption to that duty for requests that are determined to be vexatious, within Section 14 (1).

The ICO website states harassment on staff includes making unsubstantiated allegations of criminal behaviour or wrongdoing can be considered vexatious.

The ICO go on to state the following:

Where the requester pursues personal grudges by targeting their correspondence towards a particular employee or office holder, this again may be evidence that their request is likely to harass staff.

We have considered the above and have deemed your request meets the criteria set out in Section 14 (1) of the FOI act and therefore, are refusing your request. This is because within this request, as well as several other occasions, you have made accusations of criminal behaviour and wrongdoing against Dame June Raine. Additionally.

Please note that under Section 17(6) of the Freedom of Information Act we will not respond to any further requests on the same or similar topics where we consider you to be specifically targeting Dame June Raine.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be submitted within two months of the date you receive this response and addressed to: [email protected]

Please remember to quote the reference number above in any future communications.

If you were to remain dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you would have the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision. Please bear in mind that the Information Commissioner will not normally review our handling of your request unless you have first contacted us to conduct an internal review. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at:
