Details
Section 31 grant determination letters from the Department for Education to all local authorities in England. The letters notify councils of their funding allocations to provide personal adviser support to all care leavers up to age 25, if they request it.
The Children and Social Work Act 2017 introduced a duty on local authorities to extend personal adviser support.
