Details

G7 interior and security ministers met in London from 7 to 9 September 2021, joined by the European Union and the Secretary General of INTERPOL. The G7 countries agreed these ministerial commitments and annexes.

The ministerial commitments and annexes set out the G7’s commitment to working together across vital areas:

  • countering violent extremism and terrorism
  • protecting our people and strengthening resilience against online harms
  • ensuring economic security is not undermined by the threat of serious and organised crime
  • supporting global action to confront emerging issues affecting national and border security
  • strengthening international action against corruption and kleptocracies
