In this letter to the RHC’s Chair, Professor Christopher Hodges OBE, the Minister for Science, Research and Innovation, Rt Hon Andrew Griffith MP, welcomes the report and confirms that the Space Directorate in DSIT will respond in detail to the report’s recommendations.

The Regulatory Horizons Council (RHC) have published a report on the Future Regulation of Space Technologies. This report suggests enabling regulation to support responsible adoption of critical space technology. It recommends government action for a sustainable, environmentally protected, and equitable space future.
