This guidance is about employing older workers and working past 50. It is aimed at:

  • older people who want to get back into work, or stay in work longer
  • employers, who benefit by employing older people

  1. Updated the 'menopause and the workplace' section of the help and support for older workers guide.

  2. Added a section titled 'Menopause and the workplace' to the 'Help and support for older workers' publication.

  3. Edited the 'What government is doing to help older workers' section to include information about '50 PLUS: Choices'. Added a link to the jobhelp website for tips on finding work at 50 plus.
