Details
This licence allows landowners and their representatives to establish and maintain feeding stations near to hen harrier nests, for the purpose of reducing red grouse predation. You can only use this licence in the following counties:
- Cumbria
- Derbyshire
- County Durham
- Lancashire
- Northumberland
- North Yorkshire
- South Yorkshire
- West Yorkshire

You must register with Natural England before you can use this licence. Send your completed registration form (CL25a) by email or post to:

Natural England will normally re-issue this licence on 1 January each year. You must register each year to use it.
How to report your actions
You must report your actions taken using this licence each year, even if you’ve taken no action. This must be done by 30 September each year.
