To restart your Child Benefit payments if:
- you still qualify for Child Benefit
- you’ve previously stopped your payments because of the High Income Child Benefit Charge
Only use this form if you’re the person who claimed the Child Benefit.
To apply online, you need a Government Gateway user ID and password. If you do not have a user ID, you can create one when you use the service.
Email HMRC to ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).
