Details

Class approval for matters ancillary to development mentioned in the High Speed Rail (London-West Midlands) Act 2017. The matters are:

  • handling of re-useable spoil or topsoil
  • storage sites for construction materials, spoil or topsoil
  • works screening
  • artificial lighting
  • dust suppression
  • road mud control measures

Class approval was made following the conclusion of the consultation which ran from 20 December 2016 to 13 February 2017.
