Annual commissioning letter from the Home Secretary to the chair of the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs setting out the government’s work priorities for inclusion in the council’s 2013 to 2014 work programme.

The issues covered are the diversion and illict supply of medicines, the ongoing work on government priorities (namely, recovery, new psychoactive substances and ketamine) and the ACMD’s own work programme (which includes cocaine and polysubstance abuse).
