On 11 February, Sir Richard Henriques published an open letter to the Home Secretary, requesting answers to a number of questions relating to the conduct of Operation Midland, an MPS (Metropolitan Police Service) investigation into allegations of non-recent child sexual abuse, and the IOPC’s (Independent Office for Police Conduct) subsequent investigation, Operation Kentia.

The Home Secretary is responding to Sir Richard’s letter and has asked the MPS and IOPC to respond to Sir Richard’s questions that pertain to decisions made by them.
