Homes England housing supply delivery agreement (HSDA) example letter
This example letter shows the conditions registered providers who are not party to a Homes England Grant Agreement must meet to charge Affordable Rent.

Details
The housing supply delivery agreement (HSDA) is for registered providers who:
- are delivering new nil-grant homes for rent
- are not party to a Grant Agreement under the Affordable Homes Programme 2021 to 2026
The purpose of the HSDA is to allow a registered provider to charge an Affordable Rent in accordance with 3.8(a) of the Rent Standard.
