Details

These documents have been published as part of the HS2 Phase One environmental statement for the route between London and the West Midlands. The environmental statement was produced to accompany the HS2 Phase One hybrid Bill.

The report presents the likely significant environmental effects of Phase One of HS2 predicted to occur at locations beyond the route corridor, which are not covered within the spatial scope of the community form area (CFA) reports contained within volume 2. The off-route assessment considers environmental effects in relation to changes and/or works at off-route rail stations and rail depots, modifications to the West Coast Main Line between Lichfield and Colwich and the replacement Heathrow Express and First Great Western depots.

This map book contains 4 map series relating to the off-route effects assessment. Map series CT-05, CT-06 and CT-19 relate to modifications to the West Coast Main Line and map series CT-18 relates to the replacement Heathrow Express depot.
