This improvement notice requires Gloucestershire county council to take steps to improve its children’s services. It follows a 13 June 2017 report by Ofsted which judged the overall effectiveness of children’s services to be inadequate.

This notice was lifted on 1 April 2022 following a re-inspection by Ofsted.
